The first Center Street Jam of the season will feature the Band
of Oz, a beach music favorite in many places. Go to the Jam which
starts at 6:00 pm in the Waynesboro House parking lot off Center
Street in Downtown Goldsboro and enjoy the festivities. Then come
over to the Flying Shamrock and hear Tyler Davis, a local favorite,
starting at 8:30. BTW...the Budweiser Clydesdales will be at this
Jam...an extra treat! |

When Wayne and Matt
deployed this summer, it wasn't all fly, fly, fly. They spent countless
hours in search of a new menu item for the Flying Shamrock. One evening,
after several Turkish beers, they stopped into a kebab sand for a quick
bite. The owner brought out some of his special cheese bread, and one
bite said it all... "awesome". So, the guys studied under the
careful eye of the kebab stand chef and learned the art of making this
Turkish favorite. Try it today!
